Trainees inject under direct 1:4 instructor supervision across neurotoxins and dermal fillers — not lecture, not simulation. You leave with a clear injection framework, a documented assessment habit, and the live-patient repetitions that build real-world competence.

The two-day workshop is the entry point. Trainees who continue with us become candidates for the GlamNow provider network — a continuing relationship that includes advanced training, mentorship, referrals, and ongoing professional development.

A clinical workshop that pairs foundational instruction with structured, supervised live-patient practice. Every trainee leaves with a working injection framework, documented assessment habits, and live repetitions that build real-world competence.

Registered trainees receive access to pre-course material covering facial anatomy, musculature, terminology, and aesthetic fundamentals — so attendees from every healthcare background enter the workshop with a shared baseline and can spend the two days on hands-on practice.

With more than 30 years of clinical and operational experience, Halle Friedman is a nationally recognized aesthetics leader known for building and scaling one of Colorado's top-performing medical aesthetics practices.

As the Founder of Robert Andrews Medical Aesthetics, Halle grew the practice into a multi-million-dollar business serving more than 25,000 patients and earning recognition as the #1 medical spa in Colorado Springs for 10 consecutive years.

Halle is an experienced aesthetic injector and advanced laser practitioner with extensive expertise in injectables, skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, laser technologies, and full facial assessment.

Known for her mentorship and hands-on teaching style, Halle has trained and developed providers across all experience levels — helping nurses build confidence, refine technique, and create long-term careers in aesthetics.

Prior to aesthetics, Halle served as a U.S. Air Force flight nurse and held leadership roles within hospital systems, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, precision, and patient care.

We run small-group training with 1:4 hands-on instruction, so every trainee gets direct injection time with the trainer.
